In this lesson you will be placing accents on + counts in an inverted paradiddle. The same idea has been applied in other rudiments but the paradiddle is a little different as e counts aren't always played with the same hand and fall on the first stroke of a double. This is tricky as you get a double stroke followed by an accented stroke, start out slow and pay particular attention to this movement. When working through the patterns below, make sure any accents that fall on a left hand are played at the same volume as those on a right hand.
