In these exercises you will be moving the 32nd note flick to the 'a' after beat 3. These grooves will be quite similar to those in the previous lesson only the flick occurs later in the bar. Without the flick the base groove would look like this:
To add the flick you are going to place a left foot between the 16th note on the 'a' count and the snare on beat 4 in the groove above. That gives you this:
Spend some time getting comfortable with this groove, in the examples shown below additional kicks and snares have been added around this part.

Using Crotchets On The Right Hand
As before we'll finish by changing the right hand to quarter notes. Remember to be careful of the 32nd note placement and switch the right hand to eighth notes if you are struggling to get the placement.
