In this lesson you will be using groove patterns to help increase the speed and stamina of your right foot. These patterns will be similar to grooves you have learned previously but here you will be combining them with the Two Minute Rule and using them as exercises.
All grooves here are in the Time Signature of 4/4 but the kick and snare may fall together in some places as in our Four On The Floor groove concept. There is a mixture of single bar grooves and Two Bar Grooves. Learn each pattern at a comfortable tempo then follow the instructions for the two minute rule. It may be worth noting your highest tempo and trying to beat it later on.
