Start each patttern slowly and gradually building up tempo as you get more comfortable with the movements involved.
Grace note based rudiments like the flam tap can be very demanding on your hand stamina and adding in an accent increases the difficulty of the rudiment drastically. It is important to keep your arms relaxed from the shoulders down to reduce any unnecessary resistence in your muscles. Using correct technique is incredibly important and will make getting all those strokes in so much easier.
