As with all rudiment exercises, orchestrating is an important step. In the exercises presented on this page you will learn six orchestrations for the reverse triplet that all involve moving in groups of six. This means that on every 1 count and 3 count, you change voicing.Similar movements have been applied in over rudiments and these have been linked at the bottom of the page. This is a nice simple movement that is intended to gently introduce you to orchestrating the part.
Feet have been included in all exercises but only as quarter notes, if you struggle with any exercises remove them until you have got your head around the hands. Remember to use the reverse triplet sticking through each exercise.
