This level 2 rudiment workout lesson is built from a paradiddle played as sixteenth notes in the time signature of 6/8 creating syncopation. The part is built up over several steps starting with the straight snare version of the rudiment. This allows you focus on one element of the exercise at a time without things getting too complicated. This is a great all round exercise as several different aspects of your playing will be challenged.
