    In this level 4 rudiment workout lesson you will be pushing your hand stamina with an orchestrated seven stroke roll lesson where the gap between each block has been shortended. This is built up over several steps starting with the straight snare version of the rudiment. This allows you focus on one element of the exercise at a time without things getting too complicated which is vhelpful as the rudiments is fast even at lower tempos.
