In this lesson you will be placing accents on single strokes in a tripple paradiddle. In the first half of the bar these will fall on right hands and in the second half lefts. The accents on counts 2 and 4 are on the first stroke of a double which can be a difficult movement, start out slow and gradually build up speed when you are comfortable with the movement. When working through the patterns below, make sure any accents that fall on a left hand are played at the same volume as those on a right hand.
