In this lesson I will present a list of grooves where the left hand is playing the Cowbell, so it is essentially replacing the snare. There won't be anything particularly new, the grooves will all be based on previous ideas, the aim is just to familiarize you with how notation will look for this kind of groove. In later levels cowbells will be discussed in more detail and specific patterns will be given.
Listed below are six grooves where the snare is replaced with a cowbell, the cowbell is the triangular note head. I have used various level 1 concepts.
