  • Rudiment Workout: 25-06-2021 (32nd Double Kick Exercise)

    In this level 4 rudiment workout lesson you will be learning a thirty second note double kick exercise where the feet imitate the rhythm of the hands. The exercise is built up over several steps, allowing you focus on one element of the exercise at a time without things getting too complicated, giving you time to build up the speed. The exercise mostly focuses on building up double kick ability but also develops all areas of playing making it a very useful all round exercise.
