Rudiments like the flam tap that use grace are very demanding on your stamina and adding in an accent increases this challenge. It is important to keep your arms relaxed from the shoulders down to reduce any unnecessary resistence in your muscles. Using correct technique is super important and will make getting all those strokes in so much easier. You also need to be focusing on getting three levels of dynamic level accurate, the grace note, the standard strokes and the accent.
