Through this lesson I will be showing some common sixteenth stroke roll movements where accented snares are added to create a common time backbeat. This style of fill works really well when you want to put a fill in but don't want to lose the feel created by a groove. The snares have the '>' accent mark over the top so will be played noticably louder than the toms.
