In this lesson you will be creating full bar fills from sixteenth note triplets split between the hands and feet, meaning you will get some really quick patterns. When learning each example below, start out at a really low tempo and gradually increase speed as you get more comfortable. This is important as it will allow you to make sure all strokes are being played at an even dynamic level as well as in time. At the bottom of the page you will find a collection of lessons you will find helful.
Each exercise contains a bar of groove followed by a sixteenth note triplet fill. The groove is included to highlight the importance of practicing switching from groove to fill.
