In this short lesson you will learn a variation on the flam accent that switches the single stroke eighth note triplet movement to a standard triplet. The advantage of this is that each quarter note block is exactly the same. The downside is the one hand will play an eighth note triplet constantly through the bar, meaning it is very draining on hand stamina. The two versions below show this with standard and reverse sticking.
Once you are comfortable with the base movement try adding in feet and orchestrating.
