Syncopated 'RLF' Full Bar Fills In 4/4

Taking a simple three note movement and creating syncopated full bar 4/4 fills.

In this lesson you will be construct fills from a three note movement following a Right Hand, Left Hand, Right Foot movement. Playing this three note pattern in a time signature based around blocks of four creates a syncopated rhythm which will then be orchestrated around the kit. The block will be played four times which leave four sixteenth notes at the end of the bar, this last block has been orchestrated various different ways.
