Playing The B Section As 6/8 Fill

Using the 'A A A B' structure to practice changing from the time signature of 4/4 to 6/8, this time playing the B as a fill.

This lesson will follow the structure discussed in the 'A A A B' structural lesson. In this version the 'A' will be played as a groove in 4/4 and the 'B' as a fill in 6/8.

The structure for this exercise will look like this:

A four bar phrase using 6/8 for the 'B' section.

Written below are five examples of parts you could play for this structured pattern. In all examples the 'B' is a groove in 6/8.
