A A A B Exercises With 'B' As A 3/4 Fill

Replacing the usual 'B' section with a fill in 3/4.

This lesson will follow the structure discussed in the 'A A A B' lesson only this time the 'B' section will be in 3/4. The aim here is to further improve your ability to move through different time signatures and to provide more ideas for fills in 3/4.

The structure for this exercise will look like this:

A four bar phrase using 3/4 for the 'B' section.

Written below are five examples of parts you could play for this structured pattern. In all examples the 'B' is a Fill In 3/4. A note on how the 'B' section has been constructed is included.
