In this lesson you will be combining ideas learned in the previous three double time lessons to create two bar double time grooves. Make sure you have covered our Double 16th Kicks In Double Time, 16th Note Rests In Double Time and Kicks On The 'a' Count In Double Time lessons as these grooves will be built from the patterns found there.
In each example start off at a slow tempo and gradually build the speed up, use the Two Minute Rule if necessary.

- Using the 2 minute rule, get all grooves up to a tempo of at least 130bpm.
- Create your own variations on these patterns. Write as many down as possible.
