This lessons follows on from our Double Stroke Roll Sticking lesson. It will be much easier to follow if you are familiar with the content from that lesson.
In this lesson you are going to orchestrate the reverse sticking version of the rudiment to give you more options in fill construction and your left hand a little more. As usual, all exercises include feet, if you are struggling with a part remove the feet and add them in later. Remember that a double stroke sticking is used but starting on the left hand in all exercises.

TASKS
- Using the 2 minute rule, get all exercises up to a tempo of at least 110bpm.
- Create your own orchestrations using this concept. Write down at least 2 of these.
- Vary the feet used in each exercise.
- Combine multiple one bar patterns to create longer exercises.
