In this lesson you will be taking a basic groups of four orchestration but applying it to the reverse sticking version of the rudiment. Each of these groups of four will then be played on a different drum as you'd expect, but each block now starts on a left hand. These exercises will be slightly harder than before as you will be moving in a very odd way. The intention here is to improve your co ordination whilst giving more options for part construction. These patterns will work well as fills without any adjustment.
Feet have been included in all exercises. For this concept it is acceptable to use the same drum twice within a bar as long as two groups of four aren't played on the same drum in a row. For example '4x Snare, 4x High Tom, 4x Mid Tom, 4x Snare' is acceptable but '4x Snare, 4x Snare, 4x High Tom, 4x Mid Tom' is not.
